Here is a listing of the vegetables we stock in the Farm Shop. Again, as we only stock fresh produce, some items will be seasonal and therefore will not be available all year round. Supermarkets achieve longer availability with some products by using cold storage, however in our opinion this takes all the goodness and taste away from the item in question. We also like to purchase from our suppliers produce which has been grown locally. As Scotland has a relatively short vegetable growing season then local availability is normally around the early part of July to late September for most products. Our overall buying preference is to buy local, then Scottish, then British, then European and only then the rest of the world.
