orders

  • All regular boxes are paid for & delivered on a 4 weekly basis. If you wish to pay monthly, say on pay day, please contact us.

  • Initial orders are only accepted online. Renewal invoices will be set up by Blairgowrie Farm Shop and emailed to you at least 3 days before payment is required to ensure your order continues.

  • Free delivery for life applies to orders set up as a subscription and payable by an active customer direct debit instruction. Free delivery can apply to all the regular “flexible” 4 week boxes displayed on our website. Other legacy delivery fees will continue as normal as long as the customer remains with us.

  • Website orders placed for areas which we do not deliver to, will be cancelled and your payment refund will be started by us within 3 business days of your order, less any bank fees. Details of delivery areas are displayed on each area’s web-page. If you are unsure email us first, before ordering, at blairgowriefarmshop@gmail.com with your full address and we will get back to you.

  • Orders, including the “Build your own box” option, must be received 3 days before your normal delivery day, or else the order will start the following week. (Delivery Day Monday=orders by Thursday, Delivery Day Thursday=orders by Sunday)

  • Berry Delivery Service: Orders only within the towns of Blairgowrie, Rattray and Alyth ONLY. Please order by Wednesday.

  • Berry Subscription Service: Again only Blairgowrie/Rattray/Alyth towns and payment made by Direct Debit using the link for 2, 3, 4 or 5 punnets weekly. Contact us if you require more than 5 punnets weekly. Weekly deliveries only, but no minimum term. Skipped weeks allowed with a full refund being made to your account with us, thereby reducing your next invoice.


holidays

  • OUR HOLIDAYS: We do not refund anyone for any weeks missed by us due to our holidays. Our holidays are for a maximum of 5 weeks and will include at least the post Christmas week and New Year week. Any weeks in excess of the 5 will be refunded to you in full. Please note: If you are on holiday the same weeks as us, no refunds are made. (New Customers will continue to get refunds for our holidays for a period of 4 months from their 1st order)

  • YOUR HOLIDAYS: With our Flexible Boxes you may skip any deliveries when we are delivering. With any missed deliveries you will receive a credit note for 100% of the cost of the box/s skipped, less a £1.50 admin fee per delivery missed.


amendments and cancellations

  • With all orders, you may cancel anytime up to the date of your last paid delivery. No refunds are given on cancellations mid-term. You can suspend your order anytime.

  • You can downgrade the contents of your box at end of your delivery cycle. Adding items or value can be done anytime when paid by Direct Debit.

  • No fortnightly box orders are available, unless offered with the product.

    Changes to your order must be given 5 days before your normal delivery day to take effect with your next box that week. Likewise, if you need to skip a week or more please give us 5 days warning. You will then receive a credit note refunding the value of the changes or skipped deliveries. This will have the effect of reducing your next renewal invoice. Skipped boxes advised less than the 4 days will get a credit note worth 50% of the value of any missed deliveries.

  • Any mistakes by us regarding payments will be credited to your account, reducing your next payment.

  • You can switch the type of box prior to the renewal of your delivery cycle. Changes will take effect from Box 1 of the new cycle onwards. Prices on the website are the prices you pay for the new option.

  • The cost of each box can be amended by us but we will give you at least 1 month’s notice of any increase. Subscription boxes normally have a date the price will be fixed until.

  • Any issues with produce or service should be sent to our contact details. If produce, then usually a replacement will be issued with your next box or an alternative offered.

  • A flat charge of £3.00 per order is payable at checkout which covers all your deliveries for the period you have selected. The number of deliveries with our boxes range from 1 delivery up to 4 deliveries, all covered by the £3 delivery fee.

  • Subscription Service: When an order is renewed automatically using Direct Debit you will normally receive free delivery for life. A £3 delivery charge will be reinstated if your direct debit payment fails for a 2nd time during your time with us.
